The development area is located at the junction of the road 30 and the M0 ring road, on the border of the municipalities of Csömör and Kistarcsa, along the border of the Budapest XVI. district, in the immediate vicinity of the Auchan Commercial Park. The accessibility is excellent both by car and public transport. The area is close to the H8 HÉV stop (Örs vezér tere - Gödöllő) and the Pest County Flór Ferenc Hospital. Ferihegy

The area has one road connection from the main road 58 and one connection from Galilei street. The plot has been partially landscaped, but is not connected to public utilities. Solymár
