The development area is located next to the M0 motorway, near Háros road and II. Rákóczi Ferenc road connecting Szigetszentmiklós and Csepel, in the Auchan Commercial Park. It is surrounded by the Auchan hypermarket, Bauhaus, various industrial and commercial sites, and the Leshegy Industrial Park. The internal road network of the commercial park passes in front of the group of plots, where the utility backbones are available, but depending on the plot allocation, internal road construction works may still be required at individual plots.
